Concept two model A rower. This was the one of the first rowers, invented by the brothers. Boy that’s old, lucky for you guys we got a new one.
We got 15 people so far for the BBQ, so please email us soon if you want to go. You get to see me (Sam) in jeans and shit, I might wear flannel as well, but I won’t shave my beard. This will be a historic event so don’t miss out, also Steve will take up challenges on who could eat the most, loser performs 50 burpees.
Part A:
Spend 15 minutes performing tall cleans, work on getting under the bar.
Spend another 15 minutes working on cleans from the floor, work up in weight through both exercises
Part B:
Two 1000 meter row all out effort. Rest exactly 5 minutes between efforts
Part C:
Four sets of 8 reps of hammer curls.
