Part A:
Snatch Complex
Spend 30 mintues working on
One clean grip deadlift
One down and up
One Hang squat clean
Part B:
A little main site, but the workout is quite good. scale accordinarly.
For time: 75 Handstand push-ups
At the beginning of each minute perform 20 Double-unders.
