Our First Sunday!

Get your butt to the box for our FIRST SUNDAY EVER! EVER!!!
We will be Oly-lifting, and you KNOW how much I love Oly-lifting!! So there will be a lot of yelling and cheering and maybe throwing stuff (it depends on how much you PR). It will be fun.
WOD
(A) Hang Power Snatch– although if you are not planning on coming for Monday’s WOD I’d rather you hang squat snatch (so you learn to get under the freaking bar!!!)
Work for 20 minutes up to a 1 RM with good form.
(B) Clean & Jerk (split jerk or power jerk)
Work for 20 minutes up to a 1 RM with good form.
(C) 3 minutes of max Burpees
