Daily workout:

A.

Hang power snatch – 5 sets of 3 reps

B.

Row 3 – 500 meter sprints (rest 3 minutes in between efforts)

If you have energy left at the end of the rows, you didn’t go hard enough.  Make sure they are all out sprints!
