The Boys are Back!
The boys are back from their weekend with the 70′s Big people. They’re flanking Justin (the 70′s Big guy) and Eric (who trains in the afternoons at C1). We’re all excited to hear what you guys learned!
We’re adding some mobility to the warm-up-
After you finish the current January warm-up do:
5 Iron crosses and 5 Scorpions on each side (this is not the gymnastics Iron cross or the yoga Scorpion… we’ll show you how to do them)
Then Couch Stretch, 1 minute each side.
Back Squat 3 sets of 5 reps.
