Well your coaches Steve and Sam will be attending the 70′s big two day seminar this weekend to get you guys jacked.  The mission of 70′s big is long, but check it out on their site http://70sbig.com/about/ Erica will be heading the classes this weekend, ask her about how jacked she is, she’s not shy she will tell you.
