Complete three rounds not for time of:
Bench Press —————————-5 reps
Goblet squat with a 5 second pause at the bottom————————————————10 reps
GHD sit ups ————————————————————————————————————-12 reps
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
3 Push presses @ 155/85
5 Deadlifts @ 275/185
