We are still running on a modified schedule today, we have morning classes at 6am, and 7am only, no 12 noon wod, and regular night wod classes, with a open gym scheduled for 7pm, if you missed yesterdays wod 7pm would be a good time to come in and get it done!!
Part A:
You have 30 minutes to complete a heavy complex of
1 hang power snatch
1 squat snatch
work on foot work and not dropping the bar between movements.

Plyo push ups
weighted back extension
kettlbell sumo deadlift
